The 10-day commitment
Ten business days, in your hands, counted from the day you approve the plan in your live planning session — never from when we feel like starting. The portal shows the countdown on every case.

Case policies
DOC 210Guides expire with their scans.
Surgical guides must be used within 3 months of the CBCT they were planned on. The portal warns you before an aging scan becomes a re-scan.
Nothing is made unapproved.
Plan approval happens live, in a scheduled session with our planning team. Manufacturing starts only after you sign off; revisions before approval are included.
Rush requires written approval first.
Rush scheduling must be approved by the lab in writing before the case is submitted, and carries a rush charge of at least $150. Unapproved rush requests revert to standard scheduling.
Fit, checked twice.
Every component is verified against the approved plan and the printed model before it ships. If something we made doesn't match the plan, we remake it on us.
