SHT 01 — The All In Implant System

Order the components your case needs, or the complete system — every surgical part below is rendered from real case geometry, not stock photography. Each piece is designed from the same surgical plan, so nothing meets for the first time in the patient’s mouth.

Surgical guide printed from a real case: arch-contoured KeyGuide resin with the titanium sleeve seated in its barrel

Surgical guide

CMP-01

Contoured to the natural shape of your patient's arch and teeth, with the titanium sleeve — the generic part from your implant manufacturer — seated before it ships. A flexible uncured backup guide rides along in every box.

Ti sleeve seated · backup included$399–479*
Printed model of an actual case arch in cream resin, with the pink gingiva mask and gold analog seated at the implant site

Printed model

CMP-02

Printed to match the real teeth and arch — with a custom gingiva print that matches the socket after extraction. Order an abutment and the model comes analog-compatible, so you can verify the fit in your hands first.

Gingiva print · analog-compatible$45–95*
Custom PMMA healing abutment seen from the buccal, its anatomic emergence profile flaring above the engaging titanium base

Custom healing abutment

CMP-03

Milled PMMA, shaped to the socket, carrying the emergence profile up through the tissue — and finishing low. Through the tissue zone its contour tracks the finished restoration to within half a millimetre, so the tissue is shaped from the first day to the profile the final crown will occupy, and it is built to meet the gingiva and just gently displace it. On this case it stands 1.5 mm above the tissue line; the final abutment stands 4.3 mm, and the temporary crown seats on top of that. See the height study below.

PMMA · lowest of the three$149–199*
Final abutment seen from the buccal: zirconia shaped like a prepped tooth on its engaging titanium base, screw access channel open

Final abutment

CMP-04

Shaped like a perfectly prepped tooth: screw-retained zirconia seated on a genuine titanium base. Placed on surgery day only when your implant's primary stability allows it.

Zirconia on Ti-base$329–429*
PMMA temporary crown seen from the buccal, the intaglio shaped to the final abutment it seats onto

PMMA temporary crown

CMP-05

Milled to seat onto the final abutment while tissue matures — no titanium base of its own, because it does not need one. Delivered out of occlusion per protocol, ready to seat in minutes.

Seats onto the final abutment$149–199*
Titanium base: grooved cement post above a concave collar and anti-rotation hex Implant analog: hex, shank and base flange Bone-level implant: threaded body under a machined collar and platform

From your implant system

NOT LAB-MADE

The titanium base, the analog and the implant are genuine parts of the system you already use — TruAbutment / Uris and nine others. The lab buys the base and the analog in and builds onto them. The implant your team orders separately and places; the lab never touches or uses it.

Shown in one neutral finish — the real finish varies by system

In every box: the printed protocol.

The drilling protocol and surgery plan arrive printed with the manufactured restorations — your sequence, your depths, your parts, on paper in the operatory.

Your implant system, customized for each patient.

Your implant brand, your surgical philosophy. We plan and manufacture around ten implant systems — TruAbutment / Uris first, plus BioHorizons, Straumann, Zimmer Biomet, Biotech, Nobel Biocare, Neodent, ADIN, S.I.N., and AON. Your team orders the implant separately and places it; the lab never touches or uses the implant itself.

SHT 02 — Materials & process
ComponentMaterial & finish
Surgical guideKeystone KeyGuide resin — clear blue-violet, printed at ultra resolution — with a candy-coat finish and the titanium sleeve seated; uncured backup guide, without a sleeve, in every case
Printed modelWater-washable dental resin with a SprintRay Gingiva Mask insert matched to the post-extraction socket; analog-compatible when an abutment is ordered
Healing abutmentPolydent PMMA, milled in-house — the emergence profile traced from this socket, and the lowest-standing of the three: 2.9 mm shorter than the final abutment on this case, before the crown that seats onto it
Final abutmentVHF-approved zirconia milled to a prepped-tooth geometry on a genuine titanium base

Every item is hand-inspected against the printed model before it ships — perfect fit on every part, every time — then hand-washed and sealed in a sterilization bag, with pre-sterilized delivery available. The guide you seat, the model you rehearse on, and the abutment you restore with were never strangers to each other.

Things break. That's why every case ships with a backup guide.

A surgical guide fails at exactly the moment you can least afford it. So alongside your cured guide, we pack a second, uncured — more flexible — backup in every box, at no charge. It ships without a sleeve. Both are shown here: same case, same plan, same fit.

If you ever need it, call us and we'll walk you through using it. We'd rather you never do.

SHT 03 — Case protocol

Most labs ask you to trust a black box. Ours runs on a published protocol: you can see where your case is on every one of the ten days.

01
Day 0

Submit

Upload CBCT, intraoral scans, and photos through the portal. Validation runs as you upload.

02
Day 1–2

We plan

Our planning team builds implant position, emergence, and prosthetics as one case, then invites you to a live review.

03
Live session

You approve — live

You review and approve the plan in a live session with our planning team. Nothing is made until you sign off, and the 10-day clock starts here.

04
Days 1–8 after approval

We manufacture

Guide, model, and abutments are printed, milled, sleeved, and checked in-house — and your drilling protocol is printed for the box.

SHT 04 — Fee schedule (draft)

Most premium labs make you request a fee schedule and wait for a sales call. Ours is on the website, because predictability should start before the case does.
