All In Implants
The All-In Implant Concept is a relatively new approach to dental implant placement that focuses on efficiency and faster results for patients. By combining procedures and utilizing advanced digital planning, it aims to streamline the process and potentially get patients a temporary restoration on the same day as implant placement. It's important to note that this may not be suitable for all extraction cases and dentists will assess each situation to determine if the All-In Concept is possible.
Reduced Recovery Time
The All-In Concept aims to streamline the extraction to implant process by potentially placing an implant, abutment, and even a temporary crown in one appointment. This can significantly reduce the overall treatment time compared to the traditional three-stage approach which can take up to a year.
Achieved through creating a custom zirconia abutment for each patient that follows the contours of the remaining socket, we retain more bone and intrapillar gingiva.
Possible Immediate Function
In some cases, with sufficient stability, the All-In Concept allows for immediate loading of the implant. This means a temporary crown or restoration can be placed on the implant right away, allowing patients to regain some function of the tooth while the implant integrates with the jawbone.
These cases requires specific conditions that if met can be trusted for an abutment with the same subgingival contours, but also a prep-like, crown ready top.
